This distinctive hand-beaten Tibetan singing bowl produces a clear, steady base note of B3, accompanied by a bright high note of E6, rich layered overtones and a long-lasting, gently shimmering resonance.

Its voice has a balanced lower foundation and a lively upper ring. A prominent overtone between F5 and F♯5 creates a gentle pulsating shimmer, giving this bowl an expressive and vibrant sound.

The bowl has a dark antique-style finish decorated with engraved chakra-inspired lotus, seed-syllable and ornamental motifs inside and around the exterior, making it visually distinctive as well as beautifully resonant.

It is ideal for meditation, mindfulness, yoga, sound practice, ceremonial use, space-cleansing rituals or simply creating a peaceful atmosphere at home.

Every singing bowl has its own unique voice. We recommend listening to the demonstration video with headphones and noticing how the sound makes you feel—the right bowl is often the one whose voice naturally connects with you.

Gently strike the bowl to reveal its bright, layered tones, or slowly circle the outer rim with the wooden mallet to build a fuller, sustained resonance.

The photographs and sound recording feature this exact individual bowl, SB-021, so the bowl you see and hear is the one you will receive.
