Chenrezig
Chenrezig (Avalokiteshvara) is the embodiment of compassion in Tibetan Buddhism. His four arms symbolise the boundless compassionate activity of the Buddhas, reaching out to benefit all beings.
Chenrezig is closely associated with the mantra Om Mani Padme Hum, one of the most widely recited mantras in Tibetan Buddhism.
