This impressive hand-beaten Tibetan singing bowl produces a very deep, grounded base note of B2, accompanied by a clear, sustained high note of F5, powerful layered overtones and a long-lasting resonance.
Its low, spacious sound creates a strong and calming presence, making it ideal for meditation, mindfulness, yoga, sound practice, ceremonial use, space-cleansing rituals or creating a peaceful atmosphere at home.
Every singing bowl has its own unique voice. We recommend listening to the demonstration video with headphones and noticing how the sound makes you feel—the right bowl is often the one whose voice naturally connects with you.
Gently strike the bowl to produce its deep opening tone, or slowly circle the outer rim with the wooden mallet to build a fuller, sustained resonance.
The photographs and sound recording feature this exact individual bowl, SB-003, so the bowl you see and hear is the one you will receive.
