This beautifully ornamented Tibetan singing bowl produces a warm C4 base note at approximately 260.7 Hz, accompanied by a clear F6 upper tone around 1,399 Hz.

A prominent F♯5 overtone adds brightness and movement through the middle register. Closely spaced resonant frequencies create a subtle pulsing quality, giving the bowl a rich, layered and gently evolving sound.

The bowl features an antique-style dark finish with detailed golden motifs across its inner and outer surfaces. Its decorative appearance and balanced resonance make it a beautiful instrument for meditation, mindfulness, yoga, sound practice, ceremonial use, space cleansing or creating a peaceful atmosphere at home.

Every hand-beaten singing bowl has its own individual voice. Natural variations in shape, thickness and hammering produce distinctive tonal layers and acoustic movement. For the clearest listening experience, use headphones when playing the product recording.

Strike the outer rim gently with the padded end of the mallet to hear its layered tones. The bowl may also be played by slowly circling the rim with the wooden side of the mallet to develop a continuous singing resonance.

The bowl shown and heard in the product recording is the exact bowl you will receive.
