Vajrasattva
Vajrasattva embodies purity and purification in Tibetan Buddhism. Radiant white in appearance, he holds a vajra and bell, symbolising the union of compassion and wisdom.
Vajrasattva practice is traditionally associated with purifying negative karma, clearing obscurations and recognising the naturally pure nature of the mind.
Traditional Tibetan Craftsmanship
This thangka has been individually created by hand using the traditional Tibetan art of silk appliqué. Each piece of silk is carefully cut, shaped and hand stitched to build the image and its intricate details.
The result is a unique work of sacred Tibetan art created with skill, patience and dedication.
