Vibrant Stillness is an individually selected hand-beaten Tibetan singing bowl featuring a clear D♯4/E♭4 base note, a powerful A5 overtone and a brilliant G♯6 high resonance.

Its sound responds immediately when struck, beginning with a focused central tone before opening into bright, energetic upper frequencies. An additional E7 harmonic adds sparkle and definition, creating a lively, layered voice with a clear lingering shimmer.

The closely spaced frequencies around 316–319 Hz are a natural characteristic of the bowl’s handmade form. Their subtle interaction creates gentle movement within the D♯4 foundation as the resonance develops.

With its compact size and responsive voice, this bowl is well suited to meditation, mindful listening, yoga, sound baths, relaxation practices, ceremonial use and creating a peaceful atmosphere at home.

Every hand-beaten singing bowl has its own individual shape, hammer markings and tonal character. The photographs and sound recording on this page belong to the exact bowl you will receive.

Playing your bowl:

Gently strike the outer wall to hear its natural layered tones. For continuous resonance, hold the bowl on your open palm or place it on the cushion, then slowly guide the mallet around the outer rim using light, even pressure.
