White Tara
White Tara is a beloved female Buddha in Tibetan Buddhism, associated with long life, healing, compassion and serenity. She is traditionally depicted with seven eyes, symbolising her compassionate awareness of all beings.
White Tara practice is often connected with prayers for longevity, well-being and the removal of obstacles, making her image especially meaningful for meditation and spiritual practice.
