Free shipping on all orders over $ 150.00 and above. $ 12.00 Flat Rate Shipping orders under $150.00
Usually takes 1-2 working days to package all items and despatch them.
Our preference is to use Australia Post for all deliveries. Australia Post has the added advantage of you being able to pick a parcel up from your local post office if you are not home during delivery. We will share a tracking number with you once the goods have been dispatched.
Occasionally, we might use another shipping carrier, such as for large thangkas and large Canvas prints.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please choose jewellery items carefully since we do not offer refunds.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds do not include shipping costs. Please allow us to serve you better! Our ultimate goal is to be sure you are 100% satisfied. Contact us via telephone or email if the items purchased are not the perfect fit for you.
